Cliff has over 40 years of experience in assisting successful business owners complete strategic planning and execution of business plans necessary to take a company full cycle to the successful sale of a business.
Cliff has a BS in marketing and management and began his business career in the oil & gas industry for 10 years with Champlin Oil company, Enid, Oklahoma and then Tenneco Oil company, Houston, Texas and expanded many companies in that industry that took him from Oklahoma to Salt Lake City, Utah as Regional Director for the Western United States for business development.
Cliff expanded his experience in the financial services industry in Kansas City and grew a financial planning and money management company geared to small business owners and then sold the majority interest to his partners who have expanded and continue to run that company today in Kansas City.
Cliff’s extensive strategic and financial planning experience working with business owners has provided him with the capacity to provide fully coordinated planning; access to extensive financial funding resources; logistic and cost reduction strategies and resources; and extensive exit planning experience and resources in the investment banking and M&A arena. Cliff and his associates believe that having extensive business planning experience, a significant capacity to assess and value a business entity, direct access to extensive resources, and experience in one fully coordinated entity provides a significant advantage to a highly competitive business environment.
Cliff is retained by the business owner and represents the owner directly. Resources are accessed thru Cliff’s experience and networked resources for the exclusive benefit of Cliff and his associate’s clientele.
